BBQ chicken marinated with vinegar, Hazel & Ash Smoked Paprika & Mango Hot Sauce





Ingredients:

2 Chicken breast

2 tablespoons hot sauce (add more for heat)

1/4 a cup of vinegar or pickle juice

1/4 cup bbq sauce

1/4 cup beer


Steps

  1. Drink remaining beer while cooking to add additional flavor

  2. Warm grill to 400゚

  3. Oil grill before cooking

  4. Mix hot sauce, vinegar, beer and bbq sauce

  5. Marinate overnight or for 30 minutes in the fridge

  6. Cook on grill for 4 minutes per side

  7. Cook until internal temperature is 160゚

  8. Let chicken rest for 10 mins before eating to retain juices.


Served wth:

Grilled asparagus

10 Pieces of asparagus

1/4 cup of olive oil

Grated parmesan cheese

Grilled 4 mins per side.


Simple Radish and Scallion salad

6 Radishes

3 scallions

1/4 cup of vinegar or basalmic vinegar

Mix and serve
