1 tbsp butter
Pan fry your bacon flipping ever 2-3 mins. Cook for 8-10 mins or to desired crispiness.
Set bacon aside
In the same pan crack the eggs right into the pan. Add butter and start scrambling the eggs. By scrambling right in the pan it creates a rich creamy texture.
Continue stirring while removing from heat for 90 seconds. Continue stirring and put back on the heat for 30 seconds. Continue cooking for 30 seconds than removing for 90 seconds while stirring. After 3 or 4 times these eggs will start to get fluffy.
Pull off stove and grate some cheese over the top while continuing to stir. Add Hot Sauce and some chopped Chives to add color.
Plate your eggs and bacon. I added mine into a pita topped with Hazel and Ash Organics Wait For It hot sauce.
This is such a simple recipe and will score you some major brownie points served on a platter in bed with your sweet heart.
