SPICY BOK CHOY

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon avocado oil
2 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (I use leftover ginger from takeout)
8 heads baby bok choy
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1/2 tablespoon Hazel and Ash Wait For It Hot Sauce
Directions:
Sautee Ginger and Garlic for 3 mins
Add bok choy and all ingredients and stir
Cook for 2-3 mins
Spinkle sesame seeds over for presentation
