SPICY BLACK BEAN TACOS


20 min recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 can black beans

  • 1/4 onion

  • Hazel and Ash Habanero and Lime Hot Sauce

  • Half bell pepper

  • 2 tbsps Olive oil

  • 2 tbsps Tomato paste

  • 4 tortillas



Steps:

  1. Rinse black beans in colander to water runs clear

  2. Oil pan

  3. Sautee onions and peppers to light brown.

  4. Add black beans

  5. Raise temp to medium and cook to bubbling

  6. Grate cheese of choice. We used a pepper jack.

  7. Once cheesen is melted pull off stove and serve
